Ms. Tiffani Steer

Tiffani SteerTiffani Steer brings to her role as Director, Programming and Operations for The Belinda Stronach Foundation (TBSF) a desire to positively affect change globally and an excitement to see Canadians back that change.

At TBSF, Tiffani manages and sets the strategy for the Spread the Net program, raising funds to send insecticide-treated bed nets to Liberia and Rwanda to help fight the spread of malaria. She is also responsible for the Canadian arm of Malaria No More¾a global network of affiliate organizations that coordinates advocacy, rallies public support and builds long-term political commitment for the malaria fight. In addition, Tiffani is working on the development of the girls and women program for the foundation and manages operations for TBSF. 

Tiffani brings to TBSF experience from both the private and not-for-profit sectors. As Public Relations Manager for Procter & Gamble, she developed and executed PR programs for several leading consumer brands. Prior to this, Tiffani was with Junior Achievement of Central Ontario for six years. Here, while Vice President of Program & Volunteer Management, she set strategy for and oversaw the delivery of business entrepreneurship and leadership training programs to more than 200,000 students and training to more than 1,000 volunteers.

Being able to break new ground and doing something that changes a life for the better are strong motivators behind the passion, dedication and positive attitude that Tiffani brings every day to her work at TBSF.  

Tiffani holds an Honours-level Bachelor of Arts &  Sciences degree from Queen’s University and an Executive Management Diploma from The Richard Ivey School of Business and is fluent in French.
