How We Work
The Foundation will work in partnership with individuals, other foundations, non-governmental organizations, governments and businesses large and small to assist girls and women and Aboriginal youth in Canada and youth in developing nations to achieve a better life through the provision of programs that enhance basic health and education, improve economic and political independence and that promote civic involvement.
TBSF is currently focusing on three main pillars, Girls and Women, Aboriginal Youth and Global Initiatives and will focus its efforts on partnerships, programming, fundraising and awareness building and advocacy to support these pillars.

The Foundation does not generally accept unsolicited proposals. Rather, the Foundation initiates and develops major long-term program initiatives and then seeks out appropriate organizations that can best implement them.
